Effective Date

These SMS Terms are effective as of June 27, 2025.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user activity. You may receive 1–3 messages per event (e.g. booking confirmation, reminders, follow-ups).

Opt-In Requirement

By providing your phone number via any PersonaX form, website, onboarding flow, or SMS keyword, you are explicitly opting in to receive automated SMS messages related to your account, services, or purchases.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For support, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. PersonaX is not responsible for any fees incurred from SMS usage.

All message content and phone numbers are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PersonaX is not responsible for any service outages, transmission errors, or third-party network failures.

Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS terms at any time. Continued use of SMS services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
